Acoustic glass-break detector tester
The INDIGO TESTER is used to check the acoustic glass-break detectors for correct performance. During the test, it emits a very loud sound which is meant to simulate breaking glass. There are three types of signals to choose from: for tempered, regular and laminated glass. It is recommended that you use the tester before final installation of the detector under test – it allows you to choose the place which ensures the optimum range for the detector. To protect hearing of the person operating the tester, it is provided with a safety device to avoid accidental switch-on. The tester has a LED indicating low battery level and need to replace the batteries.
